DELIVERING GREEN |
380,000 sq ft mixed space and £0.25M power bill. Savenergi were tasked with cutting the onsite energy burn and reducing the CRC carbon footprint. Other prerequisites were to deliver extra value and to accomplish this in a seamless manner with ongoing busy operations.
Savenergi delivered, with a 70% energy reduction and £0.2M p.a. savings.

LIGHTING EFFICIENCY PROJECT (Unipart Warwickshire) |
Savenergi were asked to provide Unipart with an all-encompassing solution to reduce the lighting costs at their Warwickshire facility. All areas were improved, i.e. the main warehouse, offices and building exterior. A solution was provided that cut costs by 60%, but also increased reliability and light quality.

SAVENERGI SAVES CORUS 32% OF LAMP ELECTRICITY |
Corus Steel has used Savenergi’s WattSAVER voltage reduction technology to slash the company’s electricity bills for lighting and reduce CO2 emissions. The steel-making group has installed Savenergi’s WattSAVER controllers and demonstrated a 32% reduction in electricity consumption.

-26degC COLD STORE - LED HI-BAY LIGHTS |
A trial was completed to prove the operational effectiveness of LED lighting in a hostile cold environment and to evidence the double-benefit of lower energy consumption by LED lights, coupled with low heat output, also leads to lower refrigeration cost.

2-STAGE WAREHOUSE LIGHTING EFFICIENCY (Unipart East Midlands) |
Unipart and Savenergi completed this efficiency drive in 2 distinct stages, utilising 2 different technology approaches. Firstly, voltage control was used to pluck the first easy savings from the lighting infrastructure. Then, when the lights were due for renewal and the original kit had paid for itself and beyond, new highly-efficient lights were installed throughout, wringing out the last huge savings available, and 70% in total.

The Lights, a regional centre in the UK for entertainment, arts and the community, has undergone a complete refurbishment programme. Savenergi provided the house lights for the main auditorium, saving on future maintenance costs and power consumption.

LED LIGHT SAFETY IN ROOF VOIDS |
Savenergi have assisted the country's foremost grocer, Tesco plc, and leading high street bank, Barclays Bank plc to realise the benefits of using the latest LED floodlights to illuminate their hazardous roof void and plant room areas. Both organisations have completed projects to adopt this newest of technologies.
